We have based our company on a simple philosophy.

We have found it important to listen to our clients. Research we have conducted has provided us with the insight that our clients were getting frustrated dealing directly with the banks for a number of reasons. Namely:
- Their bank manager consistently changed and they would be dealing with untrained juniors;
- They were unaware of what the other lenders were offering;
- Service delivery became an issue – ie the banks treated them like another number and had no urgency
with their particular scenario:
If it came to 4 or 5 pm and they had an urgent query they would get the banks answering machine and
had to wait until 9:00 - 9:30 the next morning to make contact. Once their loan had settled they never
heard from the bank other than to cross sell other bank products and services

- Our consultants are available at to take your enquiry at most times. We deal with a number of expat clients
living overseas and we must be available at times that suit them. Accordingly, our consultants are used to
working when our clients need them most.
- We have a high service delivery model and we will be in contact regularly via monthly update emails as to
the way interest rates are heading, newsletters and an annual review of your loan product to ensure your
product and lender continues to be the most competitive.
